Help & FAQ

How can we help?

Answers for business owners and for customers saving & installing cards.

01 — For business owners

Running reviews for your business

Is this against Google’s review policies?
No. Nothing is posted automatically — the AI only drafts text, and your customer reviews, edits, and posts it themselves on Google, signed in to their own account.
What does the launch offer include?
Everything: your digital business card, branded QR code, AI review drafts, the one-tap Google hand-off, and the analytics dashboard. Current price and offer details are on the pricing page.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. They scan your QR and everything opens in the browser. They can optionally save your card to their phone, but reviews work without installing anything.
How long does setup take?
About 2 minutes: sign up, add your business details, pick a card design — your QR and card are generated instantly.

Saving & installing cards

How do I save a business card?
On a business's page, tap Save to Quick Card. The first time, you'll sign in with Google (just your email — nothing else). Your saved cards then live in your Quick Card, where you can find them any time and tap to call, message, or get directions.
How do I install Quick Card as an app?
On Android (Chrome): tap Install Quick Card on the page, or open the Chrome menu (⋮) and choose Install app / Add to Home screen.
On iPhone (Safari): tap the Share icon, then Add to Home Screen.
"Unsafe app blocked" appears when I try to install — what do I do?

This is a message from Google Play Protect, not from Quick Card. When you install from the browser, your phone builds the app itself, and an out-of-date phone can build it in an old format that Play Protect then blocks. Your data is safe — it just needs an update. Two ways to fix it:

Quick (to install right now):

  • On the warning, tap More details, then Install anyway.

Proper fix (recommended):

  1. Open the Play Store → tap your profile icon → Manage apps & deviceUpdate all.
  2. Make sure these are updated: Google Chrome, Google Play Services, and Android System WebView.
  3. Restart your phone.
  4. Open the page again in Google Chrome and tap Install Quick Card. It will install normally.

Tip: install using Google Chrome (not another browser) — it produces the most compatible app.

The app won't install on my iPhone.
iPhones don't show an automatic install button. Open the page in Safari, tap the Share icon at the bottom, then choose Add to Home Screen. Quick Card will appear as an icon on your home screen.
Do I need to pay or create a password for Quick Card?
No. Quick Card is free for customers, and you sign in with your Google account — there's no password to create and no payment.
